Business Center

In order to show a competitive Mexico open to investment, ProMéxico, the coordinating institution for national participation in this world encounter, installed a business center in the Mexican enclosure that seeks to promote investment and business projects between Mexico and the Asian continent.

The business center is located to one side of the Mexican pavilion and has areas for receiving businesspeople, investors and institutions from all over the world -especially China and the Asian countries- who are interested in doing business with our country. ProMéxico also organizes business and investment dissemination missions in which it promotes the sectors of greatest interest to Chinese investors, such as auto parts, mining, infrastructure, renewable energy and energy efficiency.

August 2 and 3	The Ministry of Communications and Transportation, Banobras and ProMéxico will coordinate an Infrastructure Mission.
August 16 to 20	The state of Guanajuato will be present at the Mexican pavilion.
August 23 to 29	The municipality of Monterrey will be present at the Mexican pavilion.
September
September 1 to 15	Mexico City will be present at the Mexican pavilion.
September 13 to 17	Renewable Energy Mission. During this week, investment attraction seminars will take place.
September 16	Mexico’s National Day
September 19 to 24	The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT) will organize a week on the environment.
September 26 to October 2	The state of Sonora will be present at the Mexican pavilion
October
October 4 to 10	The state of Puebla will be present at the Mexican pavilion.
October 11 to 15	The state of Michoacán will be present at the Mexican pavilion.
October 31	Closing Ceremony.
